Description
Summary:This paper presents some preliminary results regarding the ability of ICA in analyzing spectrometric data. A set of RLS spectra, measured for different concentration DNA solutions, in the presence of the probe TbDTPA, is decomposed like in a typical application of source separation and processed in order to get a model for RLS process in this case. The resulted curves fit well the model obtained by manually measuring and averaging the peaks of the RLS spectra.
