Surface energy dissipation of an ac electric field in a semi-infinite electron–plasma
The electron–plasma response with an arbitrary degree of degeneracy to an external ac electric field is investigated. Diffuse surface conditions for an electrons are considered. Surface absorption of the energy of an electric field is calculated.
