She had three violaceous erythematous and edematous plaques on the interscapular region, one of which had a necrotic crust at its center. The lesions were compatible with spider bites. By considering histopathological and clinical findings, the patient was diagnosed with AGEP. Since she had no history of drug intake, viral infection or other triggers, a spider bite was thought to have caused the AGEP |
