There are many investment and operational conflicts, but BKPM does not seem to contribute at all. BKPM seems to only exist when investing, henceforth after investment is completed, it is no longer the BKPM domain. The legislation that was made was not enough to optimize the role of BKPM in facilitating foreign direct investment activities carried out by foreign investors in companies in Indonesia. For this reason, this research was made in order to describe and analyze the efforts of BKPM in facilitating direct foreign investment activities for companies in Indonesia, including an explanation of the inhibiting factors that must be faced. The implementation of one-stop integrated services implemented by BKPM related to investment activities is one of the efforts to create an investment climate that is very attractive, especially in foreign direct investment activities. |
