Summary:    This research aims to know of the level of psychological happiness among the faculty members and know the differences between individuals of the research sample in psychological happiness according to the variable of sex. To achieve the objectives of the research, the psychological happiness scale was used and that was activated by the American psychologists (Marten Seligman & Christopher Peterson). Then the researchers has studied its psychometric properties. And to judge  the sincerity of  the scale, it was displayed on a group composed of (14) arbitators who were specialized in psychological counseling in both Tishreen and Damascus Universities. And to study its stability ,it has been applied on an explorative sample that was composed of (40) members of the faculty members who were out of the research sample. The value Cronbach-Alpha coeffcient of the scale amounted at (α=0.820). After the  confirming of the validity and the stability of the scale, it was applied on a sample of the faculty members that was composed of (200) members for the years 2018-2019. The Descriptive Approach was used in the research . The search ended with the following  result: The  level of  the psychological happiness among the faculty members is located at the fourth level which is high. There is statistically significant difference between the average degrees of  males and average degrees of  females on the psychological happiness scale infavor  males
