Summary: | The current study presents the best method for a rapid and efficient
extraction of flavonoids from Ficus carica. Dried leaves were extracted using
distilled water and ethanol 70% by extraction method of maceration, microwave
and stirring. Using of TLC and HPLC techniques, the rutin and kaempferol were
detected. For flavonoids extraction ethanol 70% was more efficient than
water. The relative concentration of rutin and kaempferol was higher by
microwave methods ussing ethanol. |
