SYNTHESIS OF THE PROCESSING DEVICE OF THE SPACE-TIME COHERENTLY-PULSE FLUCTUATING SIGNAL AGAINST THE CORRELATED PASSIVE HINDRANCES

The synthesis of the optimal structure of space-time signal processing for background on the radar is produced. Determined the structure of space-time filters compensation correlated passive hindrances and coherent accumulation of pulse signals.
