In the work described modernization of fuel supply of boiler rooms by transformation of water-hydrocarbon mixtures in water-fuel emulsions (WFE). Preparation of WFE is performed in the rotating magnetic and inhomogeneous electric fields with the process control by method of NMR-relaxometry.
