description | There is a growing interest in the time perspective (TP) construct, which describes the influence of time frames on cognition and behavior. It has been suggested that TP is related to socioeconomic status. The objective of the article is to show through a systematic review, scientific evidence of the relationship between TP and socioeconomic and psychological factors, during the period 1999-2020, the aim is to analyze the role that TP plays on human functioning. The results show a high production in the number of publications. Finally, the explanatory and methodological scopes are discussed. |
