| Summary: | The development of linguistics results in the broadening of meaning of scientific terms applyed to language units. The article discusses synonymous relations involving into the sphere of semantic analysis both simple and complex language units of different language levels. Morphological, lexical, word-formation and syntactical units are regarded from the point of their meaning equality. The development of cognitive approach to language studies allows reconstructing the structures of knowledge which are considered as deep levels of semantics. Applying the framepropositional modeling method to a group of words united by one stem and common semantics allows restoring the situation description of the real world, specifying the semantic roles of the nominated participants. Regarding the issue of synonymous relations on basis of propositional structure of cognate words family semantics reveals the basic reasons for naming the same event with the help of different language means. |
