It is necessary to effectively operate such institutions of the new world economic order as strategic planning and programming of scientific, technical and socio-economic development, state regulation of the proportions of economic reproduction, Antimonopoly regulation, targeted lending of industrial investments, currency regulation in order to prevent capital leakage. We also need to harmonize the interests of various social groups and consolidate society on the basis of a policy of increasing public welfare. |
