| Summary: | The analysis of the performance Indicators is one of the important step of Self-Assessment to Institutions. For this purpose ,The Researchers aim to extract the statistics Indicators of Thi-Qar university performance Indicators by determining(6-the sub-hypothesis).
The researcher treated the Data by the evaluation file of performance for the colleges of Thi-Qar university for(2012-2013),The researcher used the coefficient coloration(person), the mean ,Std Deviance, Average portions rates, Diagrammatic columns and Circle Shapes. To extracting the results, Researcher found Indicators of quality in man- qualification in university within in the plane of undergraduates studies and scientific research. There are quality Indicators in the quality of the original researches and the value modulation to reducing some Indicators as growing Accretion in the budget and the weakness financial policy and Quantitative and consumed spending more than qualitative spending, Openness on the market and reducing services for society. Authoring and Translation which concern to the scientific references. Researcher found by the results of recommendations and propositions.
