The present article studies Imam Ali (PBUH)'s approach to basic mental factors. According to Imam Ali (PBUH)'s reasoning the dual cognitive and behavioral attitudes are seen which elucidate the factors and causes of stress and present treatment based on operating the cognitive level of evaluation of events and adoption of appropriate behavioral methods to ensure mental health. Eventually current findings of researchers are compared with psychological principles in Nahjul balagha. |
