description Oxidized and structural modified low density lipoproteins (LDL) in atherosclerosis and some main risk factors were studied. Similar atherogenic oxidized and structural changes of LDL were revealed both of coronary atherosclerosis and of it main risk factors such us hyperlipidaemia, arterial hypertension and diabetes mellitus. These results confirm that modified LDL play a key role in atherogenesis.
