Summary:The human talent is the main element of an organization, where Work Climate and motivation are fundamental to the success and achievement of its objectives. Problems precisely identified in the Unit of analysis of the present investigation. For the verification of the identified problem, a mixed sequential exploratory research design (dexplos) was used since a qualitative analysis of the data collected quantitatively was performed, according to the approach was descriptive. The results obtained account for the importance of generating policies so that they are applied consistently and permanently through the use of an incentive and reward plan.
