description | The paper introduced design of a real-time pressure monitoring system of fully mechanized working face taking 120204 fully mechanized working face of Yangchangwan Coal Mine as example. According to parameters of pressure of front prop, back prop and front beam of each support collected by pressure monitoring units, the system can give quantitative analysis results through analysis software of surface host, namely pressure change of front prop, back prop and front beam of support, working performance of prop, frequency distribution of circulation resistance of prop, roof pressure distribution; the system can analyze relation between pressure change of support and breaking result of top coal according to analysis results of working performance of prop, so as to provide evidence for improving efficiency of top coal caving. The actual application showed that the system has perfect functions and can reflect process of pressure change of working face effectively. |
