Research on disposal of solid waste incineration fly ashes by cement rotary kiln co-processing(固体废物焚烧飞灰水泥窑协同处置的试验研究)

采用实验室模拟试验,对应用水泥窑协同处置技术实现固体废物焚烧飞灰的无害化处理与资源化利用的可行性进行了研究.结果表明,通过水洗预处理可稳定有效去除飞灰中质量分数为90%以上的氯离子,消除了焚烧飞灰中氯质量分数过高对水泥窑的损害,使其可作为水泥生料的替代原料用于水泥生产.本试验中3种飞灰掺入质量分数分别为5.01%、7.12%与2.83%时,所制取的水泥样品在主要组分及质量上与对照样品没有显著差异(p >0.05).研究表明,水泥窑协同处置技术不仅使固体废物焚烧飞灰达到了无害化处理的目的,更具有广阔的资源化利用前景....
