As the severity of the problem of raw materials will only increase, and the position of Africa in the global economy have all chances to strengthen. In these circumstances, especially relevant Russian-African cooperation in the field of raw materials and fuel, where between Russia and African countries are added the complex relationship of cooperation and competition. For Africans Russia still appears as the most likely ally in defending its interests in the world arena, the authors conclude. |
