| Summary: | In this article the phenomenon of category of a social capital as the strategic resource allowing to achieve adequate and sustainable economic development, growth of competitiveness, achievement of welfare of the nations is analyzed. It is proved that very important and further studying of category of a social capital which becomes the leading beginning in the system of innovative processes, the innovative economic relations is necessary. Need of practical introduction of optimum and effective social policy, need of further investments into a social capital is proved. |
