The first one is related to traditional urbanism discourse and is explained by the reflection around contemporary city like extensión of industrial city; whereas the second one is inserted in a cross-cutting debate involving not only the city but society as a whole, where TICs are shaping a new kind of human interaction: less physic and more virtual. |
