At present in Ukraine is dominated by elements of the model of absolute advantage and commodity -export, while the foundations of an innovative model of economic development at the stage of formation. Insufficiently involved is the potential of science , business, intellectual, and low wages. Addressing these issues is the foundation of small business through the implementation of innovative strategies. |
