Description
Summary:The authors are dealing with the problem of the evaluation of the investment projects effectiveness. Special attentions, when we are talking about the methodology of the projects evaluations is given to the projects that are financed by the EU founds, having in mind that this methodology shown in paper is used for project evaluations that are going to be financed from the EU. This is particularly important for Serbia which is in the candidate status and that offer opportunities for using EU funds in project financing. For the territory of Kosovo and Metohija and its projects, EU has special funds. The authors emphasize that is very difficult to evaluate some project with one method and it is very difficult to find universal (general) method that is going to fulfill all projects needs. The evaluation investment project should be based on economical, social and ecological methods that are chosen in order with the projects aims; witch necessarily refers to the multi-criteria approach in the evaluation process.
