Summary:eHealth has an essential role in the contemporary context of health, in general, and health care in particular. eHealth builds innovative information and interaction bridges for eHealth services and applications, for healthcare professionals and patients. As eHealth develops and the number of eHealth applications is growing, eHealth users are increasingly concerned about their quality and implicitly with the quality of data used in these eHealth applications. Ensuring health data quality remains an important issue, which contributes to guaranteeing accurate processing and interpretation of the information, as well as adequate intervention of the services. If data quality is ignored, the collected data can have a significant negative impact on the results of eHealth applications and on decision-making. In this paper, it was intended to demonstrate that in eHealth, the quality of applications is an important factor that decides their success and presented the quality characteristics of eHealth applications.
