description In the article there were presented data about the received results of immune-enzyme analysis of neuron-specific enolase among patients with Parkinsonism (52) in comparison with control group of patients with discirculatory encephalopathy without Parkinsonism manifestations (22). There was indicated the increase of indication level of neuron-specific enolase more than in 50% of cases at Parkinsonism, in 79% of cases among patients with Parkinson's disease. There was discovered that among studied patients with Parkinsonism more than in 50% of cases there was registered the increase of neuron-specific enolase titres. Neuron-specific enolase is a diagnostic marker of Parkinsonism.
