| description | Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of three-step auricular acupoint therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia. Methods In this study, 25 elderly patients with tinnitus and insomnia were selected as the research objects. The patients were treated with a three-step auricular acupoint therapy, in which auricular acupoint pressing therapy was performed followed by auricular acupoint massage and auricular acupoint scraping therapy. The primary outcomes observed were Tinnitus Effect Questionnaire(TEQ) score, Tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI)score and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI). The effect of three-step auricular acupoint therapy was evaluated. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 100%. After treatment, the TEQ and THI scores were lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05). The scores of PSQI indicators(sleep quality, time to fall asleep, sleep time, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbance, daytime dysfunction) were lower than those before treatment (P<0. 05). Conclusion Three-sequence auricular acupoint therapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of tinnitus in elderly patients and improve their sleep quality. (目的 观察耳穴“三序”疗法治疗老年耳鸣伴失眠患者的效果。方法 选取2021年8月—12月医院收治的老年耳鸣伴失眠患者25例作为研究对象, 采用耳穴“三序”疗法对患者进行治疗, 即在耳部按摩和耳部刮痧的基础上, 进行王不留行籽耳穴贴压。观察患者治疗前后耳鸣评价量表(TEQ)、耳鸣障碍量表(THI)和匹斯堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI量表评分的改善情况, 评价干预效果。结果 25例患者经治疗后痊愈6例, 有效19例, 治疗总有效率为100. 00%。治疗后TEQ、THI评分均低于治疗前(P＜0. 05)。PSQI各项指标(睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、睡眠障碍、日间功能障碍)评分也均低于治疗前(P＜0. 05)。结论 耳穴“三序”疗法治疗老年耳鸣伴失眠患者能有效缓解患者耳鸣症状, 提高其睡眠质量。) |
