Description
Summary:Stereoscopic acuity is largely dependent on the used tests and the distance to them, the intensity of the backlight, the age of patients, the degree of their fitness, their state of visual functions, method of obtained data processing and other factors. The data published in the article «State of stereopsis in children with various types of refractive errors» should be evaluated as a threshold of stereoscopic vision, defined by the Stereopsis software, adapted for the study of different distances, with the same angular size of objects corresponding to a spatial frequency 0.7-1.0 cpd, in children aged 10-15 years with emmetropia and corrected mild to moderate ametropia.
