It is therefore all efforts on seeking alternatives to the use of non-biodegradable packaging, are of great importance , in order to restore the damaged environment so far, and prevent deterioration onwards. In this regard , research in different areas of biotechnology has allowed the production of biodegradable packaging produced from microbial biopolymers.
