The Cervico-Humeral Fasciocutaneous Flap
Cervico-humeral fasciocutaneous flap was raised successfully in five patients for the treatment of post-burn contracture of the neck as a single stage procedure. Post-operative splintage was not required. There was no flap loss. Dog-ear correction and Z-plasty were performed as touch-up procedures.
