| Summary: | Topical issues of international cooperation in distance learning development are considered in the article, the characteristic for experience of inter university cooperation between the Perm State Agricultural Academy (Perm, Russia) and Ondokuz Mayis University (Samsun, Turkey) in the fi eld of distance learning is given. Concerns of distance learning development are focused: identifying remote students, teachers training, learning material quality. The prospects for cooperation in distance learning globally are outlined and its relevance for overcoming the crisis in culture and education is determined. |
