Summary:In order to achieve higher immunization coverage of children and development of ethical and psychological tactics-based interaction with the child's parents of medical-patient study is carried out decision to vaccinate a child, the child's parents of the patient (with the support of the RFBR, the project 15-06-05088). Using structured interview 76 mothers of infants who came to immunizations in children's polyclinics of the city analyzed the influence of various factors on the decision of parents vaccination. It was found that differences logics parents and doctors when deciding whether vaccination can be «psychological ground» antivaktsinalnyh installations. Real consent to vaccinate a large part of the test (32 % to 44 % response rate) from a psychological standpoint is forced, «imposed» without taking its own share of responsibility, the proposed voluntary informed consent. The proposed organization of work with future parents before birth, when parents have time to reflect on the objective information and psychological preparation for the self-help.
