| Summary: | This article shows an analysis and landscape of human resources development from the strategic point of view. It will consider a conceptual framework of the importance of training in management practices; the training as “human resource development” and importance of HRD studies today. An analysis of existing theoretical frameworks and review papers in databases was performed. In the end it shows the importance of strategic HRD in the literature and studies and seminal authors from the academy. |
