Cutting propagation practices about persistent petioles of Angiopteris fokiensis(福建观音莲座宿存叶柄扦插繁殖技术)
对福建观音莲座的宿存叶柄采用不同基质、不同浓度的生根粉-6(4 h处理)和不同年龄的三因素三水平正交设计扦插繁殖试验.结果表明:基质对宿存叶柄发二回叶的百分率、发双芽的百分率、平均发叶数和平均叶长有较显著的影响,园土、泥炭和1园土∶1泥炭3种基质中的扦插叶柄发二回叶的百分率分别为45.56 %、17.67 %和41.0 %,发双芽的百分率三者分别是58.89 %、15.67 %和46.67 %;平均发叶数在园土中最多,为3.6枚;平均叶长以泥炭中的最长,达29.92 cm.基质对平均成活率、平均根系数量和平均根长无显著影响.生根粉-6(4 h处理)和年龄对上述各指标无显著影响,仅年龄对叶柄发叶...
