Summary:Organizational intelligence (IO) has raised an interest from academia and the organizational environment. From the literature, studies of the IO are evidenced that reveal the benefits of its management in the organizational field. From the approach to a definition of the IO and the conception of a management model, the present work aims to develop a methodology to evaluate the IO, identifying precisely and in detail the dimensional elements that constitute it. The measurement of this variable in organizations is relevant for control and management processes, identification of improvements and closing gaps, among others, to maintain compliance with the current demanding business environment
