Summary: | Organizational intelligence (IO) has raised an interest from academia and the organizational environment. From the literature, studies of the IO are evidenced that reveal the benefits of its management in the organizational field. From the approach to a definition of the IO and the conception of a management model, the present work aims to develop a methodology to evaluate the IO, identifying precisely and in detail the dimensional elements that constitute it.
