| description | <p>O trabalho quotidiano na Seção Judiciária do Rio de Janeiro tem demonstrado o quanto a Justiça Federal deixa de ganhar com a falta de diálogo e cooperação entre aqueles que compõem os seus quadros permanentes e provisórios: do magistrado ao estagiário. Diferenças não obrigatoriamente levam às divergências, e justamente estas últimas é que minam a busca pelos objetivos institucionais. O princípio da cooperação, dentro do sentido em que o aplicamos, pretende eliminar as divergências, ainda que não possa atacar as diferenças, oferecendo-se o que há de melhor ao cliente do Poder Judiciário. A proposta do presente artigo é apresentar um trabalho jurídico e comportamental, baseado em relatos verídicos, a fim de chamar a atenção ao que não está funcionando bem e ao que poderia ser feito para incrementar a prestação jurisdicional. Paralelamente, citamos diversas formas de atuação da mesma situação relacional em uma hipotética empresa privada, de forma a se ponderar se é o lucro visado pelo empresário que garante o sucesso de sua empresa, em contraste com a iniciativa pública.</p><p>PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Princípio da cooperação. Respostas.</p><p>ABSTRACT: The daily work of the Judicial Section of the Rio de Janeiro has shown how the Federal Court fails to win over the lack of dialogue and cooperation among those that make their permanent and temporary staff: from the magistrate to the intern. Differences do not necessarily lead to divergences, and the latter is precisely what undermines the search for institutional goals. The principle of cooperation intends to eliminate the divergencies, although differences can not be attacked, offering the very best customer of the Judiciary. The purpose of this paper is precisely to present a legal and behavior work, based on real facts, to draw attention to what is not working well and what could be done to increase the jurisdictional provision. Alongside, we quote various forms of performance in the same situation, on a hypothetical relational private company in order to consider whether the income is subject to the manager that ensures the success of your company, in contrast to the public initiative.</p><p>KEYWORDS: Principle of Cooperation.
