description | In a world in which technological development reaches its maximum, interpersonal relationships climb high. However, there is one area in which interpersonal relationships, and it refers to the relationship between men and women, there is still a situation of discrimination. That discrimination is perceived in terms of division of work of male and female, as well as issues relating to employment and payment for men and women. In that area, discrimination still exists and is not passed it. Male, also called the "stronger sex", dominates the field of careerism and brings female "gentler sex" at a disadvantage in the act of employment, career advancement and in the valuation of labor. If we look at the different cultures and traditions of the countries and peoples, will be convinced that women sometime have more rights than men, but there are many more cases where harder to fight for managerial positions and more difficult their labor and effort be valued and paid as it is men. Countries in their constitutions and laws have guaranteed equality between the sexes and do not allow any degree of gender discrimination in terms of work. However, the practice in the same shows something completely different. For these reasons, in this paper, will be given an adequate view of the situation with some issues related to the work of men and women, the differences between them, and what are the experiences of the countries of the Balkans and finally gives an overview of the situation in Republic of Macedonia. |
