وتم تسليط الضوء علي مورفولوجية المنطقة، من خلال دراسة توزيع المباني ومساحتها ومستوي الکثافة البنائية وارتفاعات المباني ، ثم الوقوف علي دراسة شبکة الطرق والشوارع کأداة فاعلة في تحديد کفاءة النسيج العمراني لما لها من أهمية بالغة، لکونها أدوات فصل ووصل بين قطع النسيج العمراني.
وسترکز الدراسة أيضا علي مدى التوافق بين هبوب الرياح واتجاهات الشوارع کمايتم إلقاء الضوء علي مدي الجودة في التوافق بين هبوب الرياح واتجاهات الشوارع ودراسة تقييم أثر خصائص الشوارع علي التهوية ومدي جودة التهوية الطبيعية بالشارع ، وينتهي هذا البحث بتحليل جودة التهوية الطبيعية من منظور الخصائص العمرانية بمنطقة الدراسة واختتمت بالنتائج والتوصيات .
Abstract The research deals with the study of the quality of natural ventilation on the residential environment, and it consists of a variety of elements, most notably the streets and the built-up mass and their interaction with the wind and its direction constituting the natural ventilation to impart patterns of the quality of ventilation that differ from one region to another, and determine the quality of the residential environment with regard to the possibility of natural ventilation. The morphology of the area was shed light on, by studying the distribution of buildings, their area, the level of building density and the heights of buildings, and then standing on the study of the road and street network as an effective tool in determining the efficiency of the urban fabric because of its great importance, as it is a tool for separating and connecting pieces of the urban fabric. The study will also focus on the extent of compatibility between wind gusts and street trends, as well as shed light on the quality of compatibility between wind gusts and street trends, and a study to assess the impact of street characteristics on ventilation and the extent of the quality of natural ventilation on the street. This research ends with an analysis of the quality of natural ventilation from the perspective of urban characteristics in the study area. It concluded with results and recommendations. |
