description Supernumerary teeth are teeth that appear in addition to the normal series. Morphological alteration in supernumerary teeth is quite common. Supernumerary teeth presenting in mandible are very rare and with talon cusp is extremely rare. The present case was reported in a 17 year old male with bilateral supernumerary associated with talons cusp. Talon cusp is an accessory cusp similar to a projection, extending from the cingulum or cement enamel junction to the incisal edge. Management of supernumerary teeth needs to be comprehensive and planned as per individual case. The present case was unique because of its rarity [Cukurova Med J 2015; 40(4.000): 800-802]
