Summary: | Nowadays, the international security environment is in constant
transformation and has become fluid and dynamic. Thus, the global security
environment is a result of the multiple relationships that are manifested between
the actors of the international scene (state and non-state actors) and that are found
in different relations of dependence on each other.
We consider that international security actors are constantly resized and
reshaped as a result of the mutual interdependencies of economic, political,
military, cultural, social, demographic, scientific, information and other
manifestations. That is why it is quite difficult to identify the exact methods and
means necessary for the capabilities to anticipate threats and risks that are
generated by the global security environment. It is also necessary to increase the
role of international security organizations in combating the effects of threats and,
in particular, of terrorism, hybrid threats and cross-border organized crime.
