To gather the necessary data, a two level map was compiled which allowed an approximation to the phenomenon from a discourse analysis of the workers and their experiences. The first level, "located activity," locates the context from the interpretation of trade unions and their members. The second level, "subjectivization of the activity," frames the analysis of the workers' subjective practices.
