description The introduction of strategic planning in the transition to a digital economy provides the organization to develop as quickly as possible. It is necessary to use a number of simple and accessible tools for implementation of strategic planning. These tools can help companies to build an effective and flexible strategy for a long period. Therefore, one of the most important problems against the background of the development to the digital economy is the implementation of a methodological framework for strategic planning in an organization. In this article, using the example of one of the financial organizations of the city of Nizhnevartovsk, the authors use the methodology of integrated assessment of the strategic activities of personnel management services against the background of transition to the digital economy. Purpose: the aim of the research is implementation of the methodology for integrated assessment of the strategic activities of personnel management services The object of the research is the system of strategic planning in the activities of personnel management services. Subject of the research is methods of using tools of strategic planning in the activities of personnel management services. Methods: when conducting research, the following methods are used: monographic, analytical, abstract-logical, comparison, quantitative and qualitative analysis, etc. Results: a developed methodology for integrated assessment of the strategic activities of the personnel management service. Scope of the results: the results should be used to evaluate the activity of the personnel management services of commercial organizations.
