description | The empirical analysis of personnel security of the corporate sector of enterprises at various taxonomic levels is carried out, and the recommendations and conclusions are received to improve the management quality of the enterprise’s personnel security system. Based on the obtained results, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. Since the beginning of the 2000s, there has been some stabilization in the amount of information per capita, which indicates that the population growth rate has exceeded the growth rate of the volume of information up to the 2000s and the stabilization of their ratio in the subsequent period; 2. The growth rate of annual per capita GDP in the world exceeds the growth rate of information per capita on average; 3. Corporations deliberately increase the costs of personnel security in the corporate sector, i.e. world trends are adhered to, this is a positive fact; 4. GDP and its percentage per capita per hour in the volume of personnel security in the corporate sector is growing at a slow pace, and this growth correlates with the costs of personnel security in the corporate sector; 5. A part of the unique vulnerabilities in the volume of personnel security of the corporate sector increases significantly, starting from the moment of manifestation of interests, i.е. since 2002. This fact indicates the emergence of demand for their application in the corporate sector in the field of personnel security. |
