Presented in this article public administration institutions are the most common that participate in the economic life of the entrepreneur. These offices have many functions but the most important, for the person conducting business, are administrative, accounting, information, control and enforcement. Regulations about the rights and obligations for entrepreneurs and specific institutions are very extensive therefore the author limited the article to discussion of key legislation directly related to starting a business and obliging entrepreneur to complete certain tasks, depending on the law, during economic activity. |
