The purpose of the study is to analyze the causes of “constitutionalization” of the economy of the South American “case” which is relevant for theRussian Federationthat has also radically changed its approach to the constitutional regulation of the institution of property over the past decade. The authors conclude that the constitutional regulation of the institution of property inSouth Americatoday is developing in two opposite directions.
