The quality of madrasah education is influenced by internal and external factors of madrasas. The transformation process in schools / madrasas is influenced by input and environment. Various systems in madrasas have an impact on how perceptions, understandings, consensus, and madrasa commitment to quality, both in planning, implementation, and control. Thus, it is necessary to learn more about their perceptions, understandings, and consensus on the quality of education and what the reality of the quality of madrasa education is. So that madrasas need to implement integrated quality management. This research uses qualitative research methods using research samples at MIN 1 Banyumas and MI MA Nu 1 Pageraji Banyumas.
The research findings are as follows: integrated quality management principles conducted at MIN 1 Banyumas and MI Ma "arif pageraji Purwokerto refer to various quality planning programs carried out, among others: (a) increasing teacher competency, through OJT activities (on the job trainning), which is aimed at productive teachers in collaboration with various Higher education institutions (b) Training programs to improve teacher competency.
Implementation of quality management as follows; (1) Identification of service / business / education processes; (2) Establish a quality policy; (3) Establish quality objectives and quality management plans; (4) identification of document requirements; (5) Making quality guidance documents and procedures; and (6) Making work instructions after this is done next. As for the quality control system conducted at MIN and MI Ma "arif pageraji Purwokerto. Quality assurance, which is carried out internally by madrassas, will be controlled and audited through accreditation activities carried out by madrasa accreditation bodies or other institutions externally. Thus, the objectivity of the assessment of the maintenance and improvement of the quality of madrasah education on an ongoing basis can be realized.

Abstrak
Mutu pendidikan madrasah dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal maupun eksternal madrasah. Proses transformasi di sekolah/madrasah dipengaruhi oleh input dan lingkungan. Berbagai sistem yang ada di madrasah berdampak pada bagaimana persepsi, pemahaman, konsensus, maupun komitmen madrasah terhadap mutu, baik dalam perencanaan, implementasi, maupun pengendaliannya. Dengan demikian, perlu dipelajari lebih lanjut tentang persepsi, pemahaman, maupun konsensus mereka terhadap mutu pendidikan dan seperti apa realita mutu pendidikan madrasah yang mereka wujudkan. Sehingga madrasah perlu mengimplementasikan manajemen mutu terpadu.Riset ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan sampel penelitian di MIN 1 Banyumas dan MI MA Nu 1 Pageraji Banyumas.
Adapun temuan penelitian sbb: prinsip-prinsip manajemen mutu terpadu yang dilakukan di MIN 1 Banyumas dan MI Ma”arif pageraji Purwokerto mengacu pada berbagai program perencanaan mutu yang dilakukan , antara lain: (a) peningkatan kompetensi guru, melalui kegiatan OJT (on the job trainning), yang ditujukan pada guru-guru produktif bekerjasama dengan berbagai lembaga pendidikan Tinggi (b) Program pelatihan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru.
Pelaksanaan manajemen mutu sebagai berikut; (1) Identifikasi proses pelayanan/bisnis/pendidikan; (2) Menetapkan kebijakan mutu; (3) Menetapkan sasaran mutu dan rencana manajemen mutu; (4) Identifikasi kebutuhan dokumen; (5) Membuat dokumen pedoman dan prosedur mutu; dan (6) Membuat dokumen intruksi kerja Setelah hal tersebut dilakukan selanjutnya.adapun sistem pengendalian mutu yang dilakukan di MIN dan MI Ma”arif pageraji Purwokerto. Penjaminan mutu yang dijalankan secara internal oleh madrasah, akan dikontrol dan diaudit melalui kegiatan akreditasi yang dijalankan oleh badan akreditasi madrasah atau lembaga lain secara eksternal. Dengan demikian, obyektivitas penilaian terhadap pemeliharaan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan madrasah secara berkelanjutan dapat diwujudkan.
