It is a descriptive research and qualitative approach, accomplished at a public hospitalwith patients that had their surgeries canceled. Data was collected by interviews which results were submitted tothe thematic analysis. The results showed that the generating factors of feelings comes from to the patient'semotions and the operation of institution, being those last ones more frequent. |
