Description
Summary:In this paper a methodology of analysis and intervention for masonry structures is proposed, with particular reference to hall buildings, whose composition is governed by a continuous space with a representative function. In a climate where the principles of restoration are to be respected along with those of structural safety, it is necessary to carefully study the historical, geometric and technological aspects of buildings and use models of structural analysis which allow to limit the consolidation works by interpreting the actual static behavior of masonry constructions.
