The distinguishesthe Islamic system education from the modern Western system is the importence it attaches to faith and piety as one of its fundamental aims. The West fails to indicate how in the absence of a set of moral value (akhlâq), either of those aims can be realized.This article is aimed at exploring some aims of akhlâq education in the view of al-Qur’an. This analysis will embody the al-Qur’an as the guidance of knowledges. In the view of al-Qur’an, they are three aims of akhlak education, namely: to produce the love sense amang the human being, to produce the happy in the live and here after, and the last to produce syukur sense to god Allah. These three aims should be implemented at the school from the Kindergaten through to the University level. |
