description | Due to the importance of flight safety, recognizing the factors affecting the occurrence of accidents and incidents is one of the major goals of the aeronautical industry. In considering the causes of the occurrence of air affairs on the role of human factors is highly emphasized, among the factors that are involved in the occurrence of air accidents can be the stress and psychological pressures of various industry experts, including flight care. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between hardiness and occupational stress among flight care personnel. For this purpose, the study population of this study was a working flight control staff in the province of Tehran, from which 50 people were selected through random sampling. Data were collected from the Flip Job Stress Questionnaire and the Kobasa Hardship Questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is a meaningful relationship between job stress and hardiness between the two variables. Using the step-by-step model, the relationship between control components, challenges and commitment separately was investigated with job stress. |
