| description | The article analyzes the role of figurative means of language reflecting the food metaphor, in the characterization properties of topological objects. It describes the analysis technique of conceptualization of the shape, size and position of objects in space through food metaphors on the material of figurative words and expressions motivated by names of dishes and food. The article proposes a classification of topological types of objects. The classification reflects the form and size of the objects called by food metaphors in the Russian language, and compatibility of the figurative lexis with other words. The article determines the evaluative semantic of the figurative words in question. |
