Description
Summary:Total knee arthroplasty (TKA) is among the commonly performed orthopedic procedures with a very good safety profile. Vascular injuries following TKA are very rare and usually identified intraoperatively or in the immediate postoperative period. Popliteal artery pseudoaneurysms post-TKA are very rare, and their management can be quite challenging. We describe a case that presented more than 3 months after the index surgery with a peroneal nerve palsy due to a pseudoaneurysm.
